In the spirit of reconciliation Life Dance Community Limited acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Our registered office is on the land of the Cadigal Wangal people.
Justice Connect
Life Dance Community Limited acknowledges and thanks Justice Connect for the help it provided in establishing the organisation. This included a comprehensive range of very valuable planning and reference materials, business counselling sessions, email advice and a referral to Sparke Helmore Lawyers for pro-bono legal work.
Sparke Helmore has provided Life Dance Community with invaluable assistance in developing a constitution and registering as a company limited by guarantee. The pro-bono work done by the firm has been detailed, focussed and has demonstrated great depth of expertise in this area. The assistance continued with the preparation of registration with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profit Commission and representations to the Australian Taxation Office for Deductible Gift Recipient status.
